We are pleased that Nehalem Point was selected as the site for an HGTV Dream Home In 2000, an editor of Coastal Living travelled up and down the West Coast, looking at many developments .... searching not just for a well-planned development, but one that was natural and beautiful. We were pleased that Nehalem Point was selected. Coastal Living and HGTV then built a unique and gorgeous custom home here, ran extensive features on this dream home a Nehalem Point.
